Saturday, September 7, 2019
8 – 10 PM*

International Observe the Moon Night is an annual event that encourages people around the world to look up and take notice of our nearest neighbor, the Moon. We encourage everyone to join us at Tellus Science Museum!

Join our astronomy staff in the Observatory for stargazing and Moon watching!

*Please note, the Observatory and outdoor restrooms will be open; however, the Museum will be closed.

Check tellusmuseum.org after noon on the day of the event for cancellation notice due to cloudy skies or inclement weather. The Observatory is not heated or air-conditioned so please dress accordingly.

This event is free for museum members or $5 + tax for non-members.
